On the day of Thanksgiving, we will welcome everyone beginning at 3pm and we will plan to eat at 4pm. We would like to have volunteers to set up before (arrive by 2pm) and to clean up after (please plan to stay 1 hour after most people have gone). Can you help with set-up or clean-up on Thanksgiving day? Please indicate below.

You are invited to bring a vegan main course, side dish or dessert. Water, coffee, tea and sparkling cider will be provided. Other items are provided (see below at the end of the potluck list). You can also choose to make an additional donation in lieu of a potluck dish
Options for dishes to bring include:
rolls or Gluten Free (GF) rolls
sweet potato casserole
vegetable side dish
other side dish
mashed potatoes or vegan mashed potatoes
dressing/stuffing or gluten free dressing/stuffing
green bean casserole (or vegan, or GF)
macaroni and cheese casserole (or vegan or GF)
pumpkin or apple pie (consider bringing vegan or GF)
whipped cream/whipped topping to accompany pie
vanilla ice cream to accompany pie
other dessert
vegan main course
Note the following:
please plan to bring 8-10 servings
reheating space is very limited so please try to bring items already heated that should be heated
You can borrow a crock pot/slow cooker from the UUSS kitchen in advance if needed! - come to the main kitchen between 10am and 2pm on Tuesday (Nov 25) or Wednesday (Nov 26) if you need to borrow a crock pot/slow cooker)
consider providing a list of ingredients with your dish (indicating whether it is vegetarian/vegan, GF and so on)
We will provide butter/vegan butter, gravy/vegan gravy/GF gravy
There are serving spoons available in the kitchen. If you bring your own serving utensils, please mark them with a piece of tape and your name (available when you arrive)
